KAVU is also an aviation acronym for “clear above visibility unlimited,” when there isn’t a cloud in the sky and you can see to the horizon. That limitless feeling is our guiding philosophy and the attitude we bring to all we do. It means treating every day like it’s special, and then getting out and doing whatever invigorates you and brings on the perma-grin. KAVU clothing is an expression of this approach to life.

Environmental Stewardship

At KAVU we have a clear spirit to protect the planet and do everything we can as a company to reduce the negative and increase the positive. That means community, socially and environmental.

Now more than ever we are making a strong commitment to reduce, reuse and protect mother nature from more harm, so we can keep playing outside. Starting in 2013 we have been working hard behind the scenes implementing sustainable process in all our sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, office culture, warehousing and distribution.

We first started with our KAVU employees. We looked at how we could reduce, reuse and recycle within our office and retail stores. Beginning 2012-2014 our office went fully digital and only printing paper when necessary. We try to only send digital invoices, order confirmations and other reports. All our documents are scanned and saved digitally for safe record keeping.

Another huge part is working with our sourcing partners to improve our overall footprint. Our partners and vendors from around the world are cooperating and helping us achieve our goals. It is great to trace back all our processes and suppliers from thread, dye, weaver to the finished garment coming off the production line.

WildAir Outdoors ship all orders via Australia Post. Depending on where you are located, we offer the following shipping options:

• Australian Standard Shipping: Generally, takes between 3-5 business days to major cities and suburbs following dispatch, may take longer for more remote areas (e.g. WA and NT)
• Australian Express Shipping: Generally, takes 1-3 business days to major cities and suburbs following dispatch, may take longer for more remote areas (e.g. WA and NT)
• New Zealand Standard Shipping: Generally, takes 5-10 business days following dispatch

• Actual shipping times are beyond our control and can be subject to delays. You can check Australia Posts current shipping estimates here.
• All orders require signature upon delivery - if you are not home the parcel will be directed to your local post office for collection.

Return for Refund

To return a product for a refund, product must be returned unused and in its original packaging (as relevant) within 4 weeks of purchase.

WildAir Outdoors is happy to exchange unused products for an alternate size, colour or style within 4 weeks of purchase.

Please note WildAir Outdoors do not cover the return postage costs and additional shipping fees may apply to dispatch the replacement product.
